– Successfully promoted from 2nd Assistant, to 1st Assistant, and now Superintendent through dedicated leadership.

– Deliver championship conditions on a daily basis to a discerning membership; lead one of the largest golf operations in the country.

– Efficiently manage a large budget with an eye for detail and opportunity to maximize results with available resources.

– Integral in the successful hosting of the 2021 US Women's Amateur Championship.

– Completed numerous renovation projects that have drastically improved the property:

• Complete renovation of both West and South courses from tee to green

• Bunker renovation with Better Billy Bunker installation

• Installation and maintaining of A-1/A-4 bentgrass

• Renovation of practice chipping facility

– Executed daily management of a large crew and an effective spray program.

– Planned and organized installation of a state of the art irrigation system from start to successful finish.

– In-house projects such as fairway and greenside bunker construction, as well as tee expansions to lengthen
the course yardage.

– Aided in all facets of a large scale in-house renovation in preparation of the US Women's Open, including fumigation, seeding, and grow-in of A-4 bentgrass greens and Memorial bentgrass fairways.

– Gained valuable knowledge and experience in the repair and troubleshooting, installation, and preventative maintenance of both Toro and Rainbird operating systems.

– Completed a variety of course improvements to include drainage, tee construction, and surround resurfacing design;
advised by renown golf course architect Pete Dye.
